Dani's Detox December Challenge
This will be one of the hardest challenges I have ever done since I started on social 7 years ago!!! Remember my no added sugar, planks, squats, water, sleep challenge etc...
Well they seem super easy versus this one! But I am committed and have made my mind up NO MORE ALCOHOL. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, hangovers just didn't match my healthy lifestyle. Plus I needed to get out of certain situations (bad habits kicked in due to some life challenges) and let's just say drinking 1-2-3-4-5 glasses of wine or champagne was not really solving any of my problems. However it has given me a solution today!
I am ready to change. Are you ready? Let's go sober together over this festive season and beyond!!!
