How old are you and please can you share your health and fitness journey to date?
I am twenty three, twenty-four years old soon. I have always been athletic, but as a teenager I took 10 kg in less than one year. I was very complexed . So I decided to work hard to find my body before. I managed to stabilize my weight for four years and then I fell pregnant. I took 16 kg and currently two months after my delivery I already lost everything
What types of foods did you used to eat as a kid and young adult? What's changed since then?
I always ate very balanced since childhood . I love fruits, vegetables, and of course chocolate!
Do you play any sports or what sports do you like watching?
I practiced judo, gym, then running, and now I practice fitness, bodybuilding and Thai boxing
What are your interests, passion and what makes you smile?
I am a passionate life, I like to constantly learn.
What was the catalyst that sparked your lifestyle change?
I saw my weight increased from month to month. I no longer felt comfortable in my clothes. I isolated myself
What are some of your dreams/goals you hope to achieve over the next 12 months?
I want to become pulpy and work hard to make progress in sports
What tips would you like to share with my readers about your transformation?
Get up every morning with determination. Lie down at night by being proud of you and especially make you pleasure. Give a smile, you will receive a smile in return
