Train like an athlete at the High Performance Centre

What a blast I had in Melbourne on Tuesday as I went for my 360 performance assessment at Fitness First's High Performance Centre on Collins St. You don't have to be an athlete to train like one. Here's was it's all about.... High Performance at Fitness First

  • A specially designed MoveLab where our cameras and analysis software will record your movement, function and strength to provide an assessment and customised program
  • A team of experts on hand to coach, motivate, support and analyse your training so you can continue to progress and achieve your goals
  • Assessment options to track your performance including:  Postural analysis, strength, speed and agility tests; lean muscle mass, bone density and body fat distribution

Movelab

There are three key elements to Fitness First’s High Performance Centre:

  • High Performance Score:  All members will receive a score based on a combined score across strength (max and dynamic), condition (speed and agility) and power
  • 360° Performance Analysis:  A fully integrated analysis across four variables – Biology (body composition, metabolism, bone density), Conditioning (Aerobic Capacity), Strength (max strength & velocity) and Movement measured and recorded in our own MoveLab
