Sydney was so sensational and such fun
I just arrived back from Sydney after spending the last few days meeting clients and awesome people, and sightseeing in this beautiful city.
Trips like this bring me so much joy and excitement. In fact it's the things I love that make me appreciate and motivate me even more to keep doing what I do. It was great to meet so many people, esp. this guy Mr Troy Douglas from Nexba.
What a genius at 25 years of age. Not only did he win this years Telstra Business Awards but he is leading the way creating one of the worlds healthiest beverages company. We are going to be doing some epic things in the future! Stay tuned!
I will start videoing and capturing our life so you can see firsthand how I workout, cook and have fun doing what I love. Walk and talk. I love taking my business meetings outside. Gone are the days of boring office meeting. Pack your runners and let your creative juices run wild, get fit at the same time and breathe in that beautiful air. The best business meetings take place outside of the boardroom (or “bored-room” as I like to call it)!
So here's me and my new Creative Director Nathan walking in Hyde Park. Our meeting was super productive as we got to walk and talk and plan for some epic things coming in 2016. Getting your blood pumping gets your creative juices flowing, and fresh air inspires new perspectives. So make sure you pack your runners for your next meeting and set a date in the park for your most productive powwow yet. I love it!
Another thing I love doing is having a mid-afternoon juice, after all a healthy body and mind means a healthy business!
Celery Lime juice
Method This is such an express drink morning, day or night and please learn to to place all these ingredients and taste as you go along and add more sweet (apple) or just add water or more greens. Alternatively do what I did and head to a healthy café and take it away! So invigorating!
I also got a chance to hang out with the awesome Bondi Harvest boys Guy Turland and Mark Alston and shared my family summer salmon papaya salsa salad, so stay tuned for our video coming soon.
Luckily all this travel couldn't be possible without my mum who's visiting us up north, and of course Adrian doing the morning school drop off with Noah, Oscar and Mietta while mum hangs out throughout the day with Zali and meets the big kids at the bus stop. Zali also goes to Day Care two times per week to get her social outlet with her own age group.
So it's all working and ticking all the right boxes with my work at the moment. I am jet setting around the country a fair, and it's been a little hectic but I wouldn't change it for the world! I'm so glad to have our life connect with you and your families. Sharing real life experiences and inspiring you along the way, so you too can enjoy what you love doing the most. Life is too short for not taking chances, and as Drew Barrymore said;
"If you don't take a chance, you don't stand a chance."
Have a sensational weekend and let me know what you have got planned this weekend? We have a skate experience at the Hurley Surfing Australian High Performance Centre with the boys (remember the epic new aerial surf skate training facility I took the kids here) nippers for the kids whilst Daddy is on Bay Watch Patrol haha and I have plates plus showing Mum around our new neighbourhood.
So lets connect over on Instagram I look forward to catching up with you over on Instagram. If you're not following me over there, click here to see all the weekend action! xxDani Your Everyday Fitness Food Motivator
