Strawberry and Coconut Slice

How good is this for a Monday morning snack, lunchbox treat or dessert? Our kids are forever asking for a special sweet treat so a BIG thank you to Kate for creating such a simple yet supportive treat for snack time or dessert.

It's fab for the kids lunches however I have them frozen so they don't melt in the heat now that we have moved up north.
