My New Years Eve outfit and 2015 goals

Tonight is the night! A time to celebrate with family and friends, all that you have achieved in 2014 and welcome the endless possibilities in the New Year in style, as we leave 2014 behind us and kick start another amazing New Year. What are your goals for 2015? More travel, pay off that credit card (get outta debt), teach your children to dream big, eat more healthy, dedicate time for your own health and fitness? Whatever your goals may be, you know you got this. You can make anything happen when you set your mind to it. What I love to do is write things down. I know it's old school but when something stares right back at you, you can't help but read it and want to do it. It's the only way I get things done. Similar to my meal planner inside our pantry cupboard. If our meals weren't planned a week in advance I would be stuck at 5-6pm with the kids asking "What's for dinner Mum?". So I have made my life easy by setting out 1/2hr on a Sunday night and writing out what we are eating that week for dinner.

My goals?

Jeepers, I have so many but hey! Here's a couple of them;

1). Finish our home renovations (I feel these past 6 years has been a constant DIY project, so it's time to get the professionals in and finish painting our house!)

2). Start writing a fitness food eBook. So many of you are asking for my fitness regime and what I eat, that it's about time to get this ready for you to help you create your own healthy lifestyle.

3). Book a holiday destination without hubby knowing and surprising the entire family over the winter months somewhere hot and tropical.

4). Continue to bring you fresh and healthy food ideas and really ramp up my YouTube AKA Food Tube channel.

5). Meet and interview some amazing people that totally inspire me and what I do.

6). Bring you MORE wonderful brands that I partner with so you can enjoy all the benefits of being part of #teamdani

Okay so I'll stop there, make sure you leave me some of your goals in the comments below.

Now about tonight. We are heading out to celebrate not only the New Year but a birthday as well! So who do I call when it comes to putting an outfit together? Stevie of course! He is my stylist who comes to my rescue every time.

Stevie has put this edgy yet feminine look together for me which is nothing short of a fashion statement. He has paired my stripe Country Road dress (you can page down to see me trying this on in the change room!) with a leather biker jacket and gold toned bold accessories. He has achieved a dialled up super model "off duty" look, with an air of Parisian effortless on-the-go chicness for me to rock it at tonight's New Years eve celebration. Thank you so much Stevie Wonder!

As we wrap up this year, I am going to try my best and stay #offthegrid2015 for our January challenge. We are on holidays from the 5th to 20th January 2015, so fingers crossed I can survive 15 whole days. I haven't forgotten about you though, I have mapped out and planned some posts while I am away of my highlights this year, so I hope you enjoy walking down memory lane with me.

For more on our #offthegrid2015 January challenge, check out it out here. How long will you survive off social media?

Wishing you an amazing 2015 and looking forward to more good times with you when I am back on deck! Happy New Years Eve. xxDani
