Transformation Tuesday with Renata


How old are you and please can you share your health and fitness journey to date?  I'm 35 years old and typically lived a healthy life until I was pregnant and gained much weight.

What types of foods did you used to eat as a kid and young adult? What's changed since then? During my childhood and adolescence years I was always lean and healthily fed. However after having my second daughter 5 years ago, I gained 40 pounds.

Do you play any sports or what sports do you like watching? I like to watch football

What are your interests, passion and what makes you smile? My daughters are my life.

What was the catalyst that sparked your lifestyle change? It was my lack of self esteem, my weight and depression was affecting me so much that I couldn't do things daily. I didn't want to clean the house, take care of my babies

What are some of your dreams/goals you hope to achieve over the next 12 months? Get a good job and car. I hope to travel overseas with my daughters.

What tips would you like to share with my readers about your transformation? A lot of willpower and determination, a lot of water, and physical activity ... along with nutritional education.
