Dani's secrets to younger looking skin

I sometimes look in the mirror and say "Wow! Where have these past 40 years gone?" I am married, have 4 kids under 10 years, travelled the world, moved 15 times in my entire lifetime, had loads of party night and sleepless nights (kids can keep you up these days) and a smile always appears on my face every time people are surprised I'm in my 40's! So today I would like to share with you my tips on how I look after my skin.

5 tips to amazing looking skin



1. Sleep

Sleep and MORE beauty sleep. I don't know about you but when I pull a 10-12 hour Zzz's session, I look like a 16 year old! ha ha. Seriously though, it's not rocket science you need to partner with this powerful slumber best friend.

2. Hydration

Drink water like there's no tomorrow. It's one of the key elements when it comes to overall good health because water aids in digestion, circulation and absorption. I have found that drinking water gives me a radiant, healthy, younger- looking complexion.

3. Stress less

All that worrying isn't doing your skin any justice, so ensure you are taking time out and looking after yourself. I know when I used to stress to the max, I would have such a severe breakout all over my face. So these days I have learnt to go for a walk, do a yoga session, meditate or just read a book and chill out.

4. Green Smoothies

These guys rock! I have been drinking them for the past 6 years so that's when I stopped aging! ha ha. Anything with chlorophyll in it - just eat and drink it! It's responsible for the absorption of light to provide energy for photosynthesis. 5. Skin care regime

If you can't eat the products you are placing on your face, then don't use them. Well that's my opinion. Not only do I feed my skin on the inside but likewise I love using natural and organic products on the outside. I am huge fan of coconut oil and if ever I am stuck without my Evohe products, I use it as a lip balm, face moisturise, hair repair and pretty much anything! The key to great skin is cleaning morning and night. Here's are great article from my friends at Evohe about cleansing. I hope these tips have given you some insight into my glowing healthy skin! Don't get me wrong, it's not like that ALL the time. As soon as I don't get enough sleep or miss drinking my 2 litres of water per day my skin is the first thing that tells me to look after myself.
