Dani's Highlight 2014: Friday Fitness with Baby No. 3
When you start eating for two, you almost can't resist pigging out a little. Yeah, I'll admit I had a serious case of the munchies and gained too much weight during my pregnancy with Mietta, our baby girl five years ago. Here's me at 38 weeks & weighing close to 85kgs - 187bs. You all know we are eating for 2 right? Ha ha
Thanks to my lifestlye transformation and my drive to get fit & stay healthy, I've been able to make some really positive changes to my life. Not only was I feeling sluggish, I wasn't active or feeling motivated to do anything. How could this be? I had 3 kids that I needed to look after, so I needed to take charge! I wasn't happy carrying the extra "unhealthy" weight AKA flab after baby number 3.
