Mango Banana Smoothie Bowls
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen mango
2 ripe bananas
2 tbs shredded coconut
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup chopped mandarins or clementines
1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the coconut milk, mango, and banana. Process until smooth. If it’s too thick to blend, add a little more coconut milk.
2. Divide the smoothie into two bowls. Top with shredded coconut, granola, and mandarins. Serve immediately.
