Healthy pancakes with no added sugar

Our Sunday tradition. When I don't have any traditional flour I blitz oats, add some eggs, milk, vanilla essence a rind of a lemon and these babies are born.

Chocolate sauce

1/2 cup rice malt syrup

1 tablespoon cacao


Heat syrup until runny, add cacao and that's it!

It's great to have Adrian back as well. We missed him so much this week.
