Classic Mushroom Sauce
This would be one of my most favorite sauces. You can serve this on it's own or accompanied by other hero steamed vegetables and legumes. It's delicious. Let me introduce you to the incredible Classic Mushroom Sauce

1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of vegan butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
200g Swiss brown mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon of Cocotribe Natural Greek Yoghurt
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
Add wine. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in CocoTribe yoghurt. Boil and gently simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
