Monday Motivation Movember Week 2

How was your weekend? We had a jam packed eventful weekend which included nippers, and can I just say how much the kids are absolutely loving the water and activities they get to do. I am so happy we made this lifestyle choice and moved our young family up north. We did attempt nippers back in Melbourne but it was way........t o o  c o l d.

Here's a little Monday MOVE Motivation to get us all moving this week! Another brand new week and some more workouts to keep us going during the Movember.com campaign. All you need is your body weight and of course me motivating you all the way!
