Let's start 2016 with a BANG! Good healthy and hearty cooking to give you all the stamina you need to keep rockin'! I have included many of my all time favourite recipes here to ensure we start the year with the foods we love! I love to keep things real and super simple! Breakfast Almond Fritters with raspberry sauce
Snacks Fully raw V8 juice
Lunch Poached eggs, tomato, spinach and avocado English muffins
Dinner Poached chicken with broccoli & peas on a bed of rice
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast Quinoa with strawberries and kiwi fruit
Snacks Tzaziki dip with cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and wholemeal rice crackers
Lunch Salmon beetroot salad with corn kernels
Dinner Silver beet and coconut chicken
THURSDAY
Breakfast Blueberry waffles
Snacks Fully raw apple cereal with cinnamon
Lunch Grilled capsicums with cottage cheese and chick pea salad
Dinner BBQ meat platter with grilled vegetables and salad
FRIDAY
Breakfast Vanilla and pear porridge served with fresh fruit
Snacks Strawberry & Orange Muffin
Lunch Japanese Soba Chicken Soup.
Dinner Salmon grilled with vegetables
