Join us as we kick off our day with a chia seed pudding that packs the protein punch that the kids need before school. Then listen to the music that motivates me and my fitness regime is always walking. We need to take 10,000 steps per day so find a place where you enjoy to walk, or park further away from your normal locations so you too can do your steps! Zali and I had a great morning playing at the park, I'm the biggest kid in the park check out what I do!
Then there's loads of food ideas from my home made breadcrumbs for our Tuesday Taco's but we had fish burritos instead to my Serbian style crepes. Followed by fresh watermelon cake slices served with yoghurt and banana! YUMMO....
