Cherry Ripe Slice

Today is all about kicking those sugary temptations and preparing healthy treats that you can rely on and not worry about the unnecessary high fats and processed sugars. I know our kids love a sweet treat from time to time and don't get me wrong, they have marshmallows or Milo on occasions but I really encourage more supportive foods in their growing bodies PLUS I know the difference between their behaviour so I'm all for goodness over the high sugary junk!
