Cauliflower Brocolli & Capsicum Rainbow Salad

This is what happened tonight when I opened up my fridge and pantry door. I found these ingredients and made one wicked vegan meal. Ingredients

1/2 cauliflower and brocolli head

2 red capsicums AKA bell peppers

1/4 cup toasted pumpkin & sesame seeds

pinch of turmeric


1 avocado

1 juice of a lime

bunch of coriander

2 crushed garlic
