Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice to Kickstart Your Day

Nothing beats a fresh cold press juice at home. Loaded with antioxidants and vitamins to keep you energised all day.

Most mornings I juice 1-2 carrots and 2-3 apples with fresh ginger.

Tastes amazing and the kids love it before they head out the door. I also teach them why it’s good for them, so today they learnt;

💚 Apples contain antioxidants that help protect “good” cholesterol levels in the blood.

💛 Ginger root reduces nausea, pain and inflammation, and provides heartburn relief.
